The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

This is a big studio flat located in the center of Wrocław.

The following appliances are in the apartment: washing machine, iron, iron board, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, vacuum cleaner.
The following devices ad appliances can be available upon demand: iron board (only if items still available), oven, stove with burners.

The following furniture are in the apartment: 2 sofa-beds, desk, chairs, table, curtains, bedside table, wardorobe and much more.

There are 2 sofa-beds in the apartment.

The Lessor can get to the tenants a big TV (only available on demand), washing machine (only if previously requested and if available).

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine (appliance purchased in April 2026), shower box, toilet wc, sink, mirrow, heater and bidet.

A service of bed linens and towels is available upon request for the tenants (price not included in the monthly rent). The service is optional.

Neighborhood:

The place is located:
- around 10 minute walk from the main Wrocław railway station,
- around 1 minute walk from the super-market Biedronka,
- around 2 minute walk from the bus/tram stop.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
