Apartment description

Despite its location close to the city centre, the apartment is very quiet, as all the windows overlook the enclosed courtyard of the residential community. There is no street and no traffic noise. Instead, there are trees outside the windows, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet both during the day and in the evening.

It's a place made for focused work and relaxation. A separate home office features a comfortable workstation with a height-adjustable desk, so you can work sitting or standing.

It's an ideal choice for remote workers and for anyone looking for a home where they can truly unwind.

Please note: the photos show some of my personal belongings, such as sports equipment, a guitar and books. All of them will be removed before the rental begins. The furniture and everything needed for everyday living will stay in the apartment.
