Monthly Bills One-time Cleaning fee
If the deposit is returned by bank transfer, the Lessee will have to pay (this is a one-time contribution for the monthly bank charges incurred by Lessor) :
5 PLN for national bank transfers,
35 PLN for EU (European Union) bank transfers,
40 PLN for foreign non EU (non European Union) bank transfers.
