The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Located in the heart of West Berlin neighborhood, Wilmesdorf, this fully equipped one bedroom apartment offers you everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk to the famous shopping street in Berlin, the Ku'damm. The building is located close by to the U7 Station (Adenauerplatz) and to the S3,S5,S7 (Savignyplatz).

The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker oven and a fridge-freezer, as well with a brand new coffee machine.
The apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. The apartment has a double bed 140x200, a dining table and four chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city.

In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
