Beautiful apartment, in a private complex in the center of Florence, offers you a shared bedroom with a private bathroom. It is rented only FOR FEMALE STUDENT and it has a very quiet atmosphere. The shared bedroom is furnished with beds, a bedside table, a desk, and a wardrobe. The room has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. You will be sharing the room with another female student. All comfort is available for you to make feels like home :) The apartment composed of an entrance hall, large living room, a double room, another bedroom on the 2nd-floor with the large SINGLE bed, and one more ROOM. Each room of them has its own bathroom.

This property is located in Via San Zanobi, a few steps from Florence Cathedral. All shops, restaurants, markets, bars, and landmark are within walking distance. Public transportation is the best here and it connects all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent of 430 euro includes expenses for Condominium fee Wi-FI and Utilities.

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once.
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to H24 assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 870 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
