The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Shared laundry room: 2€ per wash, dryer is FREE.
Textile rental: Linens/towels not included. Optional fresh set rental: 14€/set for every 14 days.
Final cleaning is not included in the rent, but can be ordered separately.
