Nørrebro

This is undoubtedly one of the best student neighbourhoods in Copenhagen. It’s a modern, multicultural and quite lively area. It also has an alternative environment, with a lot of graffiti on the streets, independent shops, and galleries.

In Nørrebro, you can usually find affordable accommodation options for students. Also, the offer of restaurants, cafes, and bars is very wide. It offers everything from affordable kebab shops to more gourmet restaurants. It's worth noting that there's a wide variety of international cuisine at affordable prices (especially Middle Eastern, Asian, and African). The largest selection is on its main street, Nørrebrogade, while the bars are in the surrounding streets.
