Hallo, wir sind Annemarie und Felix und wir wollen verreisen. Wir bieten unsere Wohnung für eine Zwischenmiete vom 18.08. bis zum 26.10.2026 an. Es handelt sich um eine 70 qm-große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großzügigen Balkon mitten in Münster. Hier kommen alle Details:

Perfekte Lage: Ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Staufenplatzes (3 Min. zur Warendorfer Straße). Hauptbahnhof, Innenstadt und Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten schnell zu erreichen.

Voll Möbliert: Unsere Möbel werden in der Wohnung bleiben und stehen euch zur Verfügung (Bett inklusive 2 Matratzen, Kleiderschrank, Aufbewahrungsschränke im Büro, Küche und alle sonstigen Möbel auf den Fotos). Unsere Waschmaschine im Keller darf gerne genutzt werden.

Etage: 1. OG

Miete: 1300€ warm mit Internet und allem drum und dran (3000€ Kaution für Möbel und Wohnung)

Wir haben viele tolle Pflanzen, die während eures Aufenthalts auf eure Fürsorge angewiesen wären. Wir suchen nette, vertrauensvolle Menschen, die unsere Wohnung gut und sorgsam behandeln. Die Wohnung ist hell und von uns mit Liebe eingerichtet und bietet sich als Paar oder kleine Familie an. Falls ihr die Wohnung als WG nutzen wollt, ist das für uns aber natürlich auch fein. Eine Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der angegebenen Mietdauer ist leider nicht möglich.
