Hello!
I rent a 1.5-room apartment in Münster-Nienberge. The apartment is freshly partly renovated and fully furnished and equipped (like a vacation apartment).
It has a bedroom with a 1.20 meter bed, a storage room, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony and a large living room including kitchen. There is a dining table/desk with two chairs, a new TV, a couch which is also useable as a bed and a large wardrobe.
In addition, the apartment has a basement room and a bicycle. All windows are equipped with electrical roller shutters. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, two hotplates a microwave and a dishwasher. A communal washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement and can be used for a small fee.
Just around the corner is a supermarket and the nearest bus stop is about 50 meters away. The rent is all inclusive (except GEZ). There are all utilities included, including WLAN. The apartment can be rented for a limited period of 3-12 months. If everything worked out well, can be extended gladly. Viewings can take place immediately, also online.
