Super central, large 1 room apartment 48 sqm with a modern kitchen in the middle of the city center within the promenade.

The city center, old town, public transport, shopping and dining options are all right around the corner.

The apartment is clean and fully equipped with everything you need (e.g. fast WiFi internet, large TV iliving room / bed room, 140 x 200 cm double bed in the bed room, the room has also a sofa) and works well for a couple or a single person.

The apartment has a big kitchen and living room combined to live, cook and eat and a bedroom to sleep in. The kitchen is modern with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The bed room is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm) and fresh linen (2x pillows, 2x duvets).

Additional furniture can be provided by the host, like a gbigger bed or what else is desired.

The clean, fully tiled and just newly built bathroom has a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided by the host and are included in the rent. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each tenant.

The city center, the old town, public transport, shopping and dining options are all in close proximity. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main train station.
