The apartment is located right in the city center of Münster and in 5 minutes you are at the beautiful Prinzipalmarkt and in the old town. In front of the apartment you will find a beautiful large square with gastronomy and sports activities. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, about 200 meters away, you will find everything your heart needs for a beautiful life. Here you will find a large selection of supermarkets, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, cinema, fitness center, bus stop and much more. The apartment is fully equipped and the large balcony (12 sqm) invites you to linger in any weather. A new house is currently being built next door, so noise disturbances can rarely occur during the day

The laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer also belongs to the use of the apartment.
