It has a very good connection (easy and fast) to the two campuses of the institution, and it has a wide range of leisure and affordable restaurants for students.

Tetuán district also has a very good connection with the two campuses of the UAM, as it is close to Plaza Castilla, from where the buses to the campus depart. Here you can consider neighbourhoods like Cuatro Caminos, Castillejos, Bellas Vistas or Almenara.

Alcobendas

Cantoblanco Campus is located very close to Alcobendas, on the outskirts of Madrid. Another advantage of living in this area is that the rental prices are usually cheaper than in the Spanish capital, so you will also be able to save on that expense.
