This area of Madrid is ideal if you're going to the Madrid Campus of URJC, as that's where it's located. It's a quieter area than the centre of the Spanish capital, which will allow you to live peacefully and access the livelier entertainment areas in a short amount of time. You can get to the centre in about 30 minutes by public transport.
The first two neighbourhoods host many students every year, as they're ideal for living close to the Alcorcón Campus. Moreover, from the centre, you can reach the campus within a few minutes by foot, bike, metro or bus.
The centre of each of these cities forms the liveliest area for students to live in. They have good connections with their respective URJC campuses. Additionally, you'll have excellent connections with Madrid, so you can enjoy all of its nightclubs, museums, and other places of interest.
The cost of university residences near URJC is usually quite high. For example, a shared room near the Madrid-Vicálvaro Campus costs around €650 per month.
